Botanical Bunny is based in Texas, with a branch in Portugal. While their website does not offer a great deal of information about the company itself, they do nicely display their products. We really don’t know much about this vendor or their history, other than their hours and location. However, they are one of the top-rate kratom vendors of all time.
The company has been around for approximately three years and carries a variety of soaps, herbs, and essential oils, as well as kratom powders. Currently, they do not carry kratom capsules.

The Botanical Bunny website is pretty straightforward. While they do not have the most elaborated website they clearly display their product selection. As well, they clearly outline their terms and conditions including privacy policy, and shipping and return policies.
Their hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm CST. They are closed for business on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Disputes will be handled by the Portugal office. A direct number to this site is provided in the “Contact Us” section of the website.

There is not a lot of information on Botanical Bunny regarding their customer service, other than an international telephone number. As well, there is a “contact us” form on which customers can leave their email address, name, order number (if applicable), and a short message.
As well, they provide their email address, so customers can reach out if needed. Botanical Bunny customer support does typically reply to customer inquiries within a 24-hour period during business hours. They also have social media presence on both Instagram and Facebook, so their customers can reach out via their social media platforms.
There have been little to no complaints about Botanical Bunny Customer Service. In fact, most of the reviews were overwhelmingly positive when it comes to relations between Botanical Bunny customer support and their customers.
BOTANICAL BUNNY SHIPPING
Botanical Bunny clearly states on their website that they will ship all orders within 48 hours of when they are processed. However, if you place your order on Friday, it will most likely ship the following Monday.
Typically, most orders are fulfilled the evening in which they are placed and shipped the following day. In most cases, orders are received within 2-3 business days and by 8:00 in the evening Monday through Friday.
Most orders are shipped from Texas, USA via Priority Mail Express. They suggest that if you choose Priority Mail Express as your method of shipping, that you contact them via the Contact Us form to alert them of your order.
BOTANICAL BUNNY RETURN POLICY
Botanical Bunny does not offer returns or exchanges for any of its products. The reason they provide for this is that this policy is what helps them to maintain their low prices. As well, they guarantee that their mechanism is never repackaged and resold.

On their website, they have categories for both essential oils and candy. However, as of this writing, there are no products available in either of the aforementioned categories. We are not sure if they will once again carry candy, herbs other than kratom, or essential oils in the future.
As well, the kratom is listed under the “Tea Category” as is the candy. Perhaps at one time, Botanical Bunny did sell a variety of teas, but currently, they do not sell any such items.
As they only sell kratom powder, those who prefer kratom capsules might find this a bit discouraging. However, you can always purchase empty capsules and make your own kratom capsules with the strain of your choice.
In addition, Botanical Bunny kratom powders can be used to brew homemade kratom teas. Not to mention that you can add kratom powder to your favorite beverage or use it to make smoothies, protein shakes, or even milkshakes!
FINAL WORD ON BOTANICAL BUNNY
As of this publication, Botanical Bunny is not affiliated with the American Kratom Association. Nor do they state anywhere on their website that any of their products are tested at a third-party lab. This could be off-putting to some as there is no way to guarantee if these products are 100% free from contaminants such as heavy metals.
They do have a solid customer base and exceptional reviews of their product and services, however. It is up to the sole discretion of the consumer if they wish to purchase kratom from this vendor.
