Orders and Shipping
Orders that have been processed prior to 2 p.m. eastern are shipped the same day. Keep in mind that we are only able to provide an estimated date of delivery, as will be reflected in the timeframe upon your checkout.
Once we have packaged your order and placed it in the hands of the USPS driver, we put our trust fully in their service. We do not have any control over shipping delays nor do we have special means of communication with USPS to trackĀ your package.
In most cases, USPS is reliable and you should receive our order on the anticipated date of delivery. Remember that mail is slower during the holiday months of November through January of each year, so delays are to be expected. Occasionally, your package may take 7 to 10 days to arrive. For more details, please refer to our shipping and handling guidelines.
We will send you an email within 24 hours after you place your order to confirm your shipping details. Remember the post office is closed for weekends and postal holidays. Should you place your order during one of these times, you will not receive your tracking details until the next day.
If you have not received your shipping and tracking information in a timely manner, check to see if you have correctly input your personal details, such as your email address. If you find an error on your end, please contact us immediately.

If you have inadvertently entered the incorrect shipping address for your kratom purchase, you can try to redirect the package by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS. You can also make this request online at the USPS website. We advise to use the second option to avoid long hold times with USPS phone support.

Mitragyna Speciosa or Kratom, is the name of a tree from the coffee family. These trees are found in Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand. The U.S. imports all kratom from Indonesia.
Once the leaves have been harvested, dried and crushed, they have many health and nutritional benefits. These leaves have been used by Southeast Asian natives for centuries to promote health, wellness and beauty.
