They claim to source their kratom from the most reputable kratom farms in Southeast Asia, mainly Malaysia and Indonesia.
Their mission is to help kratom become acceptable globally. They strive to keep their prices low while delivering some of the highest quality kratom products around. They also promise to serve their customers with honesty and integrity and prioritize customer interactions.
Kraoma Website
Kraoma website is designed, so customers can easily work their way around the site to find pertinent information. This includes privacy policy, terms and conditions, and contact information. Kraoma does have an active social media presence on Instagram and Twitter. At one time they had a Facebook page, but it appears that the link is no longer working. Hopefully, in time they will update their Facebook page with current information about the company.
In the “About” tab on their website, Kraoma went to great lengths to convey their humble history as well as their mission and values. They also have a blog section which they appear to update on a regular basis. One can find some resourceful articles about kratom in regard to legality by the state as well as general information about kratom.
As well, they provide their contact information for both the US and Portugal locations. Kraoma website also has a FAQ section that provides answers to general questions regarding payment information, shipping, and the like.
Their product selection provides useful information about each strain to help customers make their selection. As well, they will notate when a product is out of stock. Currently, they do have a banner at the top of their page indicating that there may be a shortage of some products due to the pandemic. They are hoping to recover their inventory by April of this year.
Kraoma Customer Service
Kraoma provides their relevant information on their website under the “Contact” tab. However, they do notate that their telephone number is for support with credit card payments only. However, you are able to reach them via email or the contact form on their website. They state that they will respond within 24 hours, not including Sundays.
Kraoma US location is open Monday through Saturday from 10 am until 6 pm EST. They do provide an address and telephone number for their office in Portugal but do not provide hours or any other information about this location.
Customers who have purchased kratom from this vendor have stated that their customer support team is helpful and friendly. On some occasions, customers have received a reply to their inquiries within as little as an hour.
Kraoma Shipping
If Kraoma receives your order by 4 pm PST during the week or 3 pm on Saturdays, it will most likely be shipped that day. This does not apply to holidays as well as Sundays. Any orders received after the cut-off time will ship the following business day.
Orders from new customers paying by eCheck will ship once the check has cleared, which usually takes three to five business days. However, once you have successfully cleared two e-check payments with Kraoma, your order will ship the same day if placed by 11 am PST Monday through Friday only.
Orders are shipped via USPS 3-5 day First Class Mail, 1-2 day Priority Express Mail or 2-3 day Priority Mail. Orders under $75will are shipped via First Class Mail with no fee. Those orders that are greater than $75 ship for free via Priority Mail. However, there is a $19.95 non-refundable cost for Priority Express Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Kraoma Return Policy
The Kraoma return policy is on a strictly case-by-case basis. They do not accept any returns 30 days after receipt of the order on the customer’s end. They will either issue an exchange or store credit. Customers must provide a tracking number and Kraoma must be in possession of the return before any store credit or exchange is issued. At this time they do not issue monetary refunds for their merchandise.
Kratom Payment Options
At present, Kraoma accepts payment via eCheck, Money order, Bitcoin, Visa, and Mastercard.
Lab Testing And AKA Affiliation
Kraoma tests all of their kratoms for impurities. They display current lab results on their page. As of this time, they do not appear on the current list of AKA vendors, but they do state on their website that they make donations to the American Kratom Association.
