Kratom Connection gears its marketing towards serious kratom connoisseurs, rather than catering to the masses. They believe that by selling extremely fresh batches of the finest and most select kratom strains, they can exceed their customer’s expectations.

Kratom Connection’s website has a pleasing look and feel. While it is extremely easy to navigate, it does seem to be lacking in some areas. After going over their website, we could not find the physical location, only a 888# for customer service. Our review team then did an expansive Google search, gathering information from several reliable sources, to discover that they are indeed located in Boise, Idaho.
*Update, Kratom Connection has added a banner to their page that does indeed list a Bose, Idaho telephone number in addition to their toll-free number. As well, they provide a business email address.
There are no business hours listed on their website. We then did a search to see if Kratom Connection has a presence on social media. As of this writing, Kratom Connection does not have an account on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. As they are still a growing company, they could expand their marketing at a later date, but for now, it seems like the only way to reach this vendor is via their main website.
There is a small blog section on the Kratom Connection website that does provide some helpful information about kratom. As far as their policies, there is little information on the website, especially in reference returns. As well, Kratom Connection does not provide a FAQ section.
Kratom Connection is partnered with another company, Bumble Bee Botanical, that sells kratom locally in Idaho as well as San Diego and San Francisco, CA.
Kratom Connection Customer Service
Other than their toll-free number and contact form located on the website, there don’t seem to be many options to get in touch with their support team.
Recently, Kratom Connection added a banner to warn their customers about possible shipping delays due to the pandemic. This banner also contains their non-toll-free customer service number and email address. It would be helpful if they also added this information to their “About” or “contact” sections. We can only hope that they will update their website with their business hours and other relevant company details in the near future.
Kratom Connection Shipping And Returns
If you click on the “Shipping” on Kratom Connection Website, you will be happy to find that they offer free shipping on all orders over $55. Actually, if you look further, they offer free shipping on all orders. Orders under $55 are shipped via first class USPS mail. However, orders exceeding $55 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If your order is received after 2 pm, it will ship the next business day.
We could not find any information regarding their return/refund policy and were told that this is done on a case-by-case basis. No other information could be obtained.

Currently, Kratom Connection is accepting payments via Zelle, Check, and personal check or money order. They state that while they sometimes have the ability to accept credit and debit card payments, this is not always guaranteed.
