However, previous customers have left rave reviews about their packaging, quality, and even their shipping time. Let’s just hope that the “new and improved” Motark Best website will maintain these characteristics as well as vamp up their customer service and improve the quality of their website.
According to reviews of their original site, it was easy to get in touch with customer service, and they respond to inquiries in a timely manner. At one point, one was able to reach out to their customer service department via email, chat, and phone.
Let’s just hope that the new site is still under construction. While the company has been on hiatus, many of its loyal customers have been hoping for their return. Hopefully, in time, Motark Best will live up its old reputation as a solid kratom vendor.
