How our reviews and ratings work
Before you get in touch about a rating or a review, it helps to know how we put them together. We assess each poker site against the same set of factors: licensing and regulation, player traffic and liquidity at common stakes, the mix of cash games, tournaments, Sit & Gos and fast-fold formats, rake structure and rakeback value, welcome bonus terms including playthrough requirements, deposit and withdrawal options, and mobile app quality. No operator can pay for a better position — commercial partnerships never decide rankings. If you think we have scored something incorrectly on one of these points, tell us which factor and why; specific feedback is far more useful to us than a general complaint.
